Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the financial sustainability of Millennium Court located in Portadown. This position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing budgets, contract management and implementing strategies to maximise income generation across various disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen and proven experience in revenue generation and financial management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Five years proven experience in business development and revenue generation at management level.
- Five years’ experience at manager level of financial management skills, including budget setting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
- Experience in project delivery management with financial responsibility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic and negotiation skills to make sound commercial decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
