Healthy Kidz began its journey in 2014 as a coaching organisation delivering fun and engaging physical activity sessions designed and delivered by highly trained and experienced coaching professionals from a diverse range of backgrounds.

 

In 2024, we are Northern Ireland’s leading physical activity coaching
provider employing 60+ staff members, all with the sole purpose of:
Helping every individual achieve their best possible state of well-being.

 

While we mainly deliver sessions for children and young people, we have expanded our provision into the wider community, delivering the Be Active programme on behalf of Newry Mourne and Down District Council and the Active Lifestyle programme on behalf of Mid Ulster District Council.

 

These are in addition to the various sessions we provide for local schools, sports clubs, local businesses and youth organisations.
