Brief info
I have worked in Millennium Court for 5 years, three and half of those in my current line of work. I have experience working in the community and voluntary sector and have developed a passion for supporting others and helping people find their inner creative!
I educate and drive myself to be a better person by constantly learning and encourage others to do the same. I enjoy the confidence that new learning brings and then putting it into practice to see results.
In Millennium Court, I am responsible for bringing people into the building, that could be by visiting the art gallery, attending a creative class or wellbeing event, or using many of our spaces to hire and office lets. I also apply for funding to ensure that cost is not a barrier to creativity or wellbeing, I believe that creativity and self-care is essential to our health, and we do our best to make sure that activities here are accessible for everyone.
I enjoy working with the diverse local community, listening to their needs, helping to encourage community cohesion, regeneration, and growth.
Outside of work, my interests include arts and crafts and having my house full of family and friends whenever possible.
