Ulster Society Of Women Artists Exhibition
Opening event will be held on Saturday 8th March | 2pm
Join us for this opening exhibition event that will be held on international women’s day on Saturday 8th March at 2pm! We are delighted to have the Lord Mayor Sarah Duffy opening this exhibition for us.
This exhibition showcases the work of members of the Ulster Society of Women Artists, both established and emerging, working in N. I. today.
The exhibition will explore the connection between the work of artists, the natural environment in which they live and work, and the freedom to create in a world where that is not always possible for women.
From the original ten founding members, the membership of the group today is one hundred and seven women from all fields of the visual arts. The society holds various exhibitions throughout the year and invites new members annually.
This exhibition will be on display from Saturday 8th March – 3rd May
